Designer Ingegerd Råman

Ingegerd Råman studied ceramics and glass at Capellagården on Öland, the University College of Arts, Crafts and Design (Konstfack) in Stockholm and at the Instituto Statale d'Arte per la Ceramica in Faenza, Italy, among others. She has been awarded the Excellent Swedish Design award (Utmärkt Svenskt Form) on a number of occasions and her work is on display at the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London and the Röhsska Museum in Gothenburg, to name a few.

For Svenskt Tenn, Ingegerd Råman has designed the delicate yet functional glass series Crystal Flora, consisting of champagne glasses, wine glasses and two seltzer glasses, and porcelain with Estrid Ericson's classic Elefant pattern. Svenskt Tenn’s assortment now also includes Cut in Numbers, a glass series that Ingegerd Råman designed for Orrefors, as well as the candle holder Lumiere and the series Pond.
